On the one hand, for those who wish to lead an international career, belonging to CRH Group offers interesting opportunities.

On the other hand, for those who wish to progress in France, or simply to move to an other region for personal reasons, the 42-site network often enables to find some solutions, including offering the choice of a small ten-staff plant up to more than a hundred-staff site. Then each one may find the place where he wants to be. A provisional staff and competences management agreement includes the key factors of business opportunities in the Company.

Safety

At Stradal, safety at work is not a mere word or a slogan, but a fundamental value and rule allowing no breach. A good half of the training programme deals with the "zero accident" aim - safety break, information tour of the working posts, CACES, authorization for electricity use are but a few examples and a major issue in the management chain including each and everyone’s contribution.

Developing your competences

Our collaborators' competences make a strong difference to our customers and enable us to foresee the times to come and live with them.

Specific training curriculae for our commercial, industrial and administrative teams, provided for all, juniors and seniors, are a key-element of our human resource policy.

Moreover useful think-tanks enable to implement the best practices.

Last, to foresee the future is also to give the young an opportunity to train within the Company through training sessions and also to introduce our values and activities and enter into agreements with certain schools.
